Job Description:
This job is responsible for retaining a business banking portfolio, expanding relationships and generating additional revenue from existing clients. Key responsibilities include managing a client portfolio comprised of treasury and/or credit needs to ensure sales, revenue, and retention goals are met. Job expectations include ability to build relationships with the appropriate contacts within the client's company, analyzing client's financial/operating strategies and recommending alternative or additional financial services to best meet the client's immediate/long-term personal/business needs
Responsibilities:
Implements comprehensive commercial credit and treasury/cash management skills
Utilizes excellent sales process skills, including call preparation, execution and follow-up
Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
Applies intermediate credit analysis skills
Works effectively in a team environment
Adapts to changes within the line of business

Required Qualifications:
Ability to work with others in a team environment.
3-5 years small Business Banking experience
1-3 years Inside sales experience
Excellent sales process skills: Call Preparation, Execution & Follow-up
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated and results oriented
Early Adopter to changes in line of business
Desired Qualifications:
Complex commercial credit experience
Advisory sales experience
Intermediate credit analysis skills
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
