Fortive Corporation Enterprise Application Analyst I/II , Information Technology (IT) in Chandler, Arizona
The IT Enterprise Application Analyst will provide technical support for enterprise applications, related integration/interfaces, and other miscellaneous business applications. The role is a member of a distributed IT organization that includes a mix of employees and 3rd party resources, and it reports to the Manager, Application Services Responsibilities and duties are primarily technical in nature with core activities centered on application support for requests submitted to the Service Desk. At this time, the role will be remote and could be moved on-site to Hollister, CA or Chandler, AZ in the future.
Technical configuration, administration, and support for enterprise applications including but not limited to:
Infor Visual ERP Suite (Manufacturing, Finance, Time & Attendance, Quality)
Crystal Reports (integrated with Visual ERP Suite)
Oracle Agile PLM
Work with IT Team members to implement upgrades and enhancements to existing systems
Support integrations/interfaces between Enterprise systems
Enable migration from stand-alone systems to Enterprise solutions
Manage adds/changes/removals of accounts and/or related security access
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with the application vendors and 3rd party support resources to ensure fixes and enhancements are given proper attention/priority
Maintain positive communication and relationships with all employees
Develop strong working partnerships with power users and functional subject matter experts
Provide emergency support for custom point-solutions developed outside of IT until they can be migrated to a supported IT solution
Follow policies and procedures for changes to systems and accounts to ensure that compliance is maintained (SOX, CMMC, etc.)
Document relevant actions and solution details as tickets are updated and closed in the Service Desk system
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business Degree with experience implementing, configuring, and supporting related enterprise applications in a Windows server environment
Advanced skills in using SQL to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and applications
4-5 years of level 2/3 technical support experience with enterprise applications, preferably in a manufacturing environment or an in the aerospace/defense industry
Advanced troubleshooting skills to identify root cause issues and propose/implement long-term resolutions
Track record of high-quality change management behaviors in upgrading and maintaining enterprise systems, including solid skills in documentation, testing, and planning changes
Strong interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on listening to understand, empathy, and collaboration
Bias for customer service with strong ownership behaviors, integrity, and determination
