Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Chagrin Falls, OH. This role involves the precise assembly of cables, harnesses, and mechanical components using various hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in wire cutting, crimping, and soldering, and will be comfortable working with blueprints and electronic components.
Responsibilities
Cut and strip wire manually and using wire cutting machines.
Crimp terminals using hand crimp and pneumatic crimping tools.
Test cables using test fixtures and equipment.
Assemble small mechanical assemblies and box builds.
Work with hand tools and power tools, including rulers, tape measures, and calipers.
Inspect workmanship as necessary.
Utilize label makers, tie wraps, and various hand tools.
Tin wires and solder to connectors or terminals.
Essential Skills
1+ years of harness assembly experience.
1+ years of experience completing assemblies based on blueprints or drawings.
Basic understanding of PCBs and electronic components.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with panel assembly.
Proficiency in soldering.

Work Environment
The role is based in a very small electronics shop in Chagrin Falls, OH. The work floor is clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
