+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Sales / Service Route - Pest Management Professional | | Olson's Pest Technicians is a SD, family owned company located in | | Yankton, servicing customers in 7 states. | | We are seeking aPest Management Professional / Regional | | Manager-in-training*living in the Chadron area. | | | | - Position starts as a Pest Control Technician learning the | | industry/company protocols in the first 3-6 months. | | - Position would evolve into a Regional Manager position. | | - Manage 3-5 technicians in SW South Dakota, all of Western | | Nebraska, Eastern Wyoming and Northeast Colorado. | | - Travel required, some overnight travel. | | | | Ideal Candidates must be: | | | | - career-oriented people person who is self-motivated | | - can work independently. | | | | Once becoming certified you will service, treat, and inspect | | clients' premises with appropriate treatments. | | Position includes: All company expenses paid, with the addition | | of the use of a company provided vehicle. | | Position is SALARIED based on experience. $40k - $70k, based on | | experience and territory size. | | NOTE: | | 1st Month: $650/month | | 2nd Month+: $700/month until state licenses are passed | | 4th Month and on: Salary + Commission plan OR Straight Salary | | (plus bonus program) if you are in the Manager-in-training program. | | | | - A valid driver's license and safe driving record is necessary. | | - Must pass a background check and drug screen. | | | | EOE | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
