Overview  

Lutron is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Accounting Services - Collections Team at our Global Headquarters in Center Valley, PA. This pivotal role directly influences Lutron's profit and sales growth.

• Collaborate with customers and our global sales / service teams.
• Play a crucial role in achieving our annual sales and profit objectives.
• Contribute to the financial health and success of our organization.

Responsibilities  

• Build Collaborative Relationships: Use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop trusted relationships with customers while reconciling their account balances.
• Daily Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone and email to:
  • Resolve disputed receivables by collaborating with both customers and sales/service teams.
  • Facilitate timely payments and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize negotiation techniques to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for Lutron and the customer.
• Credit Team Collaboration: Work closely with the credit team to ensure timely shipment of orders for cash-in-advance customers by processing credit card payments efficiently.
• Time Management: Leverage your time management skills and ability to work independently to meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates degree preferred
• 1 - 3 years business experience, previous collections experience preferred
• Must be located within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
