Job Description:
This role resides on Arrow’s team of HR Business Partners. As the HR Analyst, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners to provide standardized, consistent solutions that support client needs. This role will drive strong customer service through best-in-class HR service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsible for the management and fulfillment of requests submitted to the Americas’ HR Business Partner team in a centralized and standardized manner
Responsible for identifying what process or reporting solutions will fulfill a client need
Continuously improve standard processes and operationalize enhancements using digital technology to create efficient and scalable solutions
Assist with the development and maintenance of standardized, consistent approaches to HR program delivery in partnership with the HR Business Partners
Experience handling confidential data by following security/confidentiality standards
Provide reporting level support on ad hoc projects or requests amongst the HR Business Partner team, including global client requests
Promote self-service reporting functionality with end users, including insights for regional HR Directors
Monitor work output to offer recommendations for better practices
Identify opportunities to ensure integrity of HRIS data through development of audit reports, troubleshoot irregularities, and communicate to other HR teams as needed to correct discrepancies
Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and increase efficiencies
Responsible for publication of recurring reports and presentations (monthly, quarterly, etc.) to the business
What We Are Looking For:
2+ years supporting an HR organization on reporting and HR program solutions
2+ years’ experience of HR administration, preferably within HR Business Partner activities
Has advanced specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
Acts as an informal resource for colleagues
Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and the ability to furnish succinct, easy-to-read reports that deliver on organization needs
Solid understanding of large HR organizations, in addition to an HR Business Partner’s role in adding value
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Dry Creek/Panorama Office sites; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$67,000.00 - $97,762.50
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
