Key Responsibilities :

  • Individual contributor role/Entry Level Role.

  • Track of roadmap sessions from Projects as needed to support leadership decision-making and ongoing prioritization.

  • Support portfolio management by working with stakeholders across Marketing to identify priority tech demands.

  • Lead efforts to improve digital UX.

  • Document New Product Processes and policies

  • Partner with Marketing and Servicing to address issues and identifying common pain points, recommending and sharing business upgrades with technologies

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated individual with excellent collaboration and influence management skills

  • Excellent project management and organization skills with the ability to drive work forward with minimal supervision.

  • Detail oriented with the ability to understand complex processes.

  • Experience with AMEX project processes

  • Comfort working with technology, and ability to understand business and customer needs and translate into high-level tech requirements and or Digital opportunities of enhancements.

  • Working style that is resourceful and adaptable to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support UX design in XD system (highly desired)

  • Analyze marketing data and translate into business needs and opportunities (highly desired)

  • Advanced English
