  • Main responsibilities:

  • Execute Payroll Tax and Regulatory processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting and payment to the local authorities.

  • Lead reporting and payment of regulatory and tax obligations (e.g. ISN, ISR, SS). Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to proceed with reporting and payments

  • Support Payroll Operations. Conduct controls and validations to ensure timely and accurate payment to colleagues.

  • Support continues improvements and initiatives related to payroll and payroll tax function in the region.

  • Support internal audits and external Mexico Federal and State tax authorities inquires and intimations.

  • Create and maintain repository source of information and documentation (SOPs) as per company standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Advanced level of English.

  • 5 years of Mexico payroll and payroll tax work experience is required/mandatory.

  • 2 Proof experience in Tax and Regulatory matters for LAC (Mexico and preferred Argentina, Brasil. Chile.)

  • Knowledge on regulatory processes such us: SS, ISN, ISR.

  • Experience with SAP Payroll system or similar.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadliness are met.

  • Strong Leadership Skills.

  • Stakeholder management.
