Main Responsibilities

In this role, the colleagues are responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. Credit Analyst are responsible for handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls on current and past due Corporate CM and Client accounts and/ or Merchants. They negotiate payments as required, also working to resolve the status of each particular account presented. CS are effective in balancing their collection efforts, while ensuring to maintain a positive customer experience, using persuasive communication and negotiation skills.

This role will cover the Night Shift (1 am to 9 am).

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years call center, credit, customer service or sales experience

  • Excellent consultation, persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Proven problem solving and decision making

  • Fulltime and schedule availability

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing work environment.

  • Effective communication and teamwork.

  • Proficiency in MS Office environment

  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
