Midwest Energy Cooperative Customer Care Representative in Cassopolis, Michigan

What You'll Do

As member of our customer solutions team, you will use your phenomenal problem-solving skills to provide timely resolution of customers' electric, internet, propane and billing issues.

You possess a heartfelt passion for excellent customer service. You may not see the face of those you helped but you will hear their voice and get the feel-goods knowing you have done a great job. You will:

  • Spend your day on the phone communicating with MEC customers.
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve using out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Communicate clearly to our customers.
  • Helps customers with billing questions and service-related questions.
  • Sell and up-sell MEC products and services.

     

Who You Are

  • You enjoy helping others, are extremely customer focused, technology savvy, empathetic and patient. You are passionate about doing a great job! You catch on quickly, love to learn and embrace change! You don't like errors but embrace them as a growth opportunity.
  • You have one year of customer service experience preferably in call center.

  • Starting Wage: $24.62+ per hour

  • Shift/Location: 8 am to 5 pm, at headquarters in Cassopolis, MI with occasional rotation to Paw Paw, MI.
