TITLE: Client Service Representative (Full Time/Full Benefits)

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support customers with account inquiries and questions via telephone, e-service inquiries, walk-in and mail by performing the following duties:

  • Assist customers in obtaining information and explaining available services such as savings and checking accounts, online banking, mobile banking, debit cards, wire transfers, security code words, stop payments, reconcilements, balance transfers and account closing.
  • Encourage e-service clients with ACH processing and general online banking inquiries.
  • Assist customers with debit card questions, maintenance and issue new debit cards.
  • Provide customer service and support to internal and external clients and resolving customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sound written/oral communications skills, including telephone skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, problem solving abilities, and knowledge of bank products and services.
  • Computer skills (Word processing, Windows), understanding of online services, typing, spelling and grammar for written communications.
  • Effective level of initiative and co-operation to work independently and in conjunction within the department and with other departments to assist with daily operations.
  • Knowledge of bank operations desirable.
