Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.
Understanding strategic priorities across our 10 Sales Enablement Priorities Pillars
Align with regional business teams to support their effort specific to program/project lifecycles and Value realization & Assist with the identification of opportunity areas and best practices processes & tools
Developing business cases, ROI analytics, impact analysis and prioritization requirements for departmental initiatives translating opportunities to process steps, organizational design, and tool requirements & Coordinating across organizations to determine impacts from implementation of future state solutions
Assist with the development of enablement (roadmap, communications, governance) plans for regional programs that will impact our sales organizations & Assist with Voice of Field (VoF) analysis and initiatives as assigned
Partnering with various regional organizations to ensure alignment
Typically requires 4+ years diversified program management experience & Fluent English
Strong and demonstrable program management/process design and delivery in an Operational environment
PowerPoint development and presentation skills
Ability to being regional partnership to support and drive business goals & Excellent data management and analysis skills
Business Process certifications a plus
Six Sigma certifications are a plus & Bachelor’s/Primary Degree or equivalent in an Operations or Business discipline is a plus
