Description
Robert Half is working with a local Insurance company seeking an Insurance Service Specialist with an active P& C Insurance License to join their team. This is a dynamic role designed to support customers while promoting exceptional customer service standards within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and be proficient in insurance-related tasks, including processing claims and generating new business quotes.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls and emails, providing clear and professional assistance.
Support clients in processing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in resolving issues.
Provide detailed information to customers about existing insurance policies, services, coverage options, and processes.
Run and deliver new business insurance quotes to customers, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings.
Maintain customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
Build rapport with clients to facilitate long-term relationships and loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty (P& C) Insurance License.
3-7 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably within the insurance industry.
Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and dealing with customers professionally.
Demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients empathetically and effectively.
Proficient in HawkSoft and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and speed in task management.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
