Insight Global Senior Project Manager in Carrollton, Texas

Job Description

Review owner contracts to ensure compliance.

Develop and manage the master project schedule and quality control program.

Identify critical issues and milestones.

Collaborate with the Preconstruction Department to review budgets and scopes.

Manage the project budget and forecast potential additional costs.

Incorporate safety into job planning and execution.

Develop GMP or Lump Sum Contracts.

Prepare subcontract and owner Change Orders.

Prepare Monthly Owner Requisitions.

Analyze the financial ability of subcontractors to perform.

Ensure all contractual requirements of Subcontractors/Vendors are fulfilled before mobilization.

Manage project assets.

Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of job cost reports.

Develop Look-Ahead Schedules.

Oversee the companys quality control program on the project.

This position pays up to $150,000 annually.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction/Engineering or equivalent technical training and related experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management.

At least 2 years of experience with a commercial electrical contractor.

Proficiency in Fisks software (Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, MS Word, Excel, AIA Contract Documents).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings, and other construction documents.

Healthcare experience required. null
