Miguelito's Mexican Grill And Cantina Line Cook (Carrizo Springs FT or PT) in CARRIZO SPRINGS, Texas
Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday 11:00am to 10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 11:00am to 11:00pm and Sunday 11:00am - 10:00pm. Shifts begin at 8 a.m. Experienced in restaurant style cooking. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment. Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters or patrons. Maintains kitchen in a clean orderly fashion and follows all established sanitary, food preparation, storage, etc. according to company policies and guidelines.
