TekSystems is hiring Patient Registration Representatives for a large healthcare system in Carmel, IN!
Job Description:
Patient facing, first person the patient sees when they walk in – create a warm, welcoming environment for all
Check patients in and verify demographic information
Verify that their insurance is both accurate and active
Facilitates copay collection
Assist with scheduling follow up appointment
“Right hand” to our clinical partners - help oversee the daily flow of the clinic for a seamless patient experience
Must Haves:
2+ years of work experience
Empathetic and compassionate
Strong computer skills
