Key Responsibilities:
Drive the recruitment lifecycle for finance, technology, administrative, and other professional roles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, matching them to roles that align with their skills and career goals.
Build and maintain strong networks, nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates.
Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Partner closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver hiring solutions.
Coach candidates through the interview and offer process while negotiating terms on behalf of both candidate and client.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline preferred but not required.
Experience: At least 2+ years of recruiting experience; staffing agency experience is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, relationship-building expertise, and results-driven mindset.
Technical Proficiency: CRM or ATS experience preferred, as well as LinkedIn and talent-sourcing tools.
Attributes: Entrepreneurial spirit, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced setting.
