A well-established manufacturing company in Carlsbad is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Coordinator to join their accounting team. What You'll Be Doing:
Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
Utilize NetSuite to input, track, and oversee financial data, ensuring accurate reporting.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports, helping to meet company deadlines and compliance standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and resolve discrepancies effectively.
Support the finance team during month-end and year-end close processes with an eye for detail.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in an Accounting Clerk or Accounting Coordinator role. Familiarity with NetSuite is a huge plus (training provided if necessary).
Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
Skills Needed: Advanced working knowledge of Excel (formulas, tables, v-lookups, pivot tables) required.
Qualities: Team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
Pay Range: $24–$28/hour
