Job Description

We are currently seeking a warehouse associate within a lighting manufacturing facility in Carlisle, PA! The role involves picking, packing, and pushing a cart throughout the warehouse to stock inventory coming off the trailers. The candidate will not be operating equipment but will be responsible for boxing and packing items, which can be fragile, requiring a high level of attention to detail. Additionally, the role includes computer work, working off an iPad system, and using a hand scanner.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items throughout the warehouse.

• Push a cart to stock inventory coming off the trailers.

• Box and pack fragile items with attention to detail.

• Perform computer work and operate an iPad system.

• Use a hand scanner for inventory management.

• Label and handle materials for shipping.

• Load and unload items as needed.

• Maintain warehouse inventory.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packing, inventory, and material handling.

• Proficiency in picking and packaging.

• Ability to handle warehouse inventory and perform order picking.

• Experience in loading and unloading items.

• Ability to label and manage warehouse inventory.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, especially in picking and packing, is helpful.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Requirement to wear composite toe shoes (steel toe shoes are acceptable but not mandatory).

Shift

• Monday - Friday (7am - 3:30pm)

Pay

• $20 / Hour.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
