Manpower is currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter in their Carlisle, PA Branch and Harrisburg Branch. This position is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing candidates across a variety of skill sets.
Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Location: Carlisle, PA
What’s the Job?
Screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding of candidates
full cycle recruiting from start to finish
working with companies to provide talent to add value to their business
What’s Needed?
Ability to communicate in english and spanish
Can-do, positive attitude
Strong organization and communication skills
Strong relationship building with co workers, candidates, associates and clients
