Description and Requirements

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Intelligence and Cost Analyst to be part of our Service Delivery team, who will be responsible collecting and analyzing operational and financial data to control cost performance within Warranty and Services areas to ensure the fulfillment of budget commitments for the region, aligned to company’s strategy.

They will be maintaining and developing KPI dashboards to help management make data-driven decisions, and providing insights for operational presentations to Executives and Country Managers.

They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights and must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.

Responsibilities

· Consolidate, organize, and analyze operational and financial data within our internal reporting tools into data-driven solutions for budgeting, pricing, and planning related to Service Operations

· Support Service Finance forecasting cycles and annual budget activities

· Generate and deliver reports to the Service Delivery team to support decision making from stakeholders

· Lead enhancements to increase data analytics capabilities

· Designing and developing databases

· Analyzing data for trends and correlations

· Building predictive models

· Continuous improvement of data availability, data quality and process automation

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present complex data in an organized, concise manner.
