Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products.These duties may be described as, but not limited to:•Greet customers in a pleasant and courteous manner.•Inform customer of unit prices and any additional information needed by customer.•Take money for purchases and give correct change.•Stock gift shop area.•Clean and maintain area in and around the facility on a daily basis.•Receive and check customer complaints.•Answer questions from customers or individuals on products.•Answer telephone in a professional manner.•Maintain customer name and address data base.•Obtain customer feedback information.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:•Excellent communication skills. •Good grammar, voice and diction. •Basic computer and keyboarding skills. •Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful). Minimum Qualifications:•High school or equivalent education required.
