CAPE MAY COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY
CIVIL/MECHANICAL ENGINEER
The Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority owns & operates a regional wastewater system comprised of 25 pumping stations, over 50 mi. of force mains, 4 treatment plants & a regional solid waste system comprised of a transfer station, landfill & recycling center.
Opening exists for: Civil/Mechanical Engineer.
Requirements: * Bachelors Degree in either Civil or Mechanical Engineering and at least 6 years experience. * NJ Professional Engineers license or the ability to obtain same within 12 months. * Candidate should have a broad spectrum of experience but should be especially skilled in hydraulics related to pump and force main design and landfill gas pipe design. * Ability to communicate with facility operators is a must.
Salary commensurate with experience & excellent benefit package. Must reside in New Jersey or attain residency in one year.
