Job Title: Data Entry and Inside Sales Support SpecialistJob Description

As a Data Entry and Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting our sales team by managing and processing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing essential administrative support. You will be responsible for promptly responding to customer calls and emails, ensuring excellent service and communication. You will assist with order entry, track orders, and manage order processing. Additionally, you will prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records for internal use. Collaboration with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication is essential. You will also provide product information and resolve any customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to customer calls and emails, ensuring excellent service and communication.

  • Assist with order entry, track orders, and manage order processing.

  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records for internal use.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

  • Provide product information and resolve any customer issues.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Ability to type 60 WPM accurately

  • Experience with ERP software

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior customer service or sales account management experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous attitude

  • Proactive problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • QuickBooks experience is helpful, though we use ODOO now

  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • High degree of attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information

Work Environment

8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The company is a small, rapidly growing organization with 19 years in the industry. We offer benefits including 401k matching, health insurance, life insurance, and vacation time.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
