TEKsystems SPANISH Customer Service Representative in Canton, Ohio
Description: ENTRY LEVEL MUST SPEAK SPANISH
-Handles calls pertaining to payments for gas and utility bills
-Majority of calls will be inbound
-Answer calls from customers calling in with a question about their bill
-Take customers payments over the phone
-Talk with customers who missed a payment and are looking to have their utilities turned back on by making a payment
-Direct customers calling with other issues to the main call center line
