As the Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of family physicians. We are seeking candidates who bring not only medical expertise but also a passion for education and leadership and who shares our vision of delivering exceptional patient-centered care through a commitment to intellectual curiosity, evidence-based practices and comprehensive training. Qualifications Degree of Doctor of Medicine (M.D. or D.O.); Satisfactory completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program; Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP); License to practice medicine in the State of Ohio; Specialty expertise and at least three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience, or qualifications acceptable to the Review Committee; Skills and qualifications for inpatient and outpatient medicine; Completion of and/or willingness to attend and complete a certified Faculty Development Fellowship (eg. National Institute for Program Director Development); Ability to attain Medical Staff privileges at Aultman Hospital; Prenatal care experience and ability to precept residents in this setting is desired.
