Job Description
We are seeking a Certified MIG Welder to join our team on the 1st shift. This role involves performing MIG welding primarily on structural steel, with occasional stainless steel welding, and fabricating and fitting parts together from blueprints. The position requires using overhead cranes, hand and power tools, and performing some grinding, torch cutting, and finishing.
Essential Skills
Certified welder.
Experience with MIG/Flux welding on structural steel.
Leadership or supervision experience is a plus
Proficiency in blueprint reading.
Grinding and fabrication skills.
Capability of vertical welding.
At least 2 years of working experience or graduation from welding school with AWS certifications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must have valid welding certification.
Must own basic tools (hammer, screwdrivers, wrench, tape measure, pliers, etc.).
Capability to accurately read blueprints.

This is a position based out of Canton, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
