What You’ll Do:
As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide Team Members and managers during your shift to deliver exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities may include:
Planning and managing each shift
Overseeing inventory
Monitoring team performance and ensuring McDonald’s gold standards
Maintaining food safety, security, and profitability
Handling daily maintenance and cleanliness
Leading crew training and management
Ensuring quality food production
Providing outstanding customer service

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
Stand for 8-10 hours
Lift up to 50 lbs
Climb ladders for general maintenance
Perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
