What You’ll Do:

As a General Manager, you’ll run a profitable restaurant while ensuring it meets McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You’ll collaborate with your leader to set goals and develop a plan to achieve them. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching a team of Department Managers to meet restaurant objectives

  • Setting goals for Department Managers, tracking progress, and providing guidance to improve their areas

  • Driving overall restaurant success through team performance

  • Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hamburger University (HU) certification

  • 1 year of McDonald’s General Manager experience (preferred)

  • ServSafe certification

  • Open availability

This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC.
