Senior Systems Analyst / Systems Analyst IV
Purpose:
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our growing IT team, which is vital to our companys expansion and success. The System Analyst will have end-to-end responsibility for all systems at Maxim Crane, including third-party and cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 (M365) and all Azure hosted services and systems. This role will be primarily responsible for the advanced management, configuration, and portions of design of all SaaS services, Salesforce, Samsara, ServiceNow, and internally hosted applications, such as Kofax and OnBase, and will also have responsibility to help support infrastructure, including network, server, and storage technologies. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience administering, automating, and implementing cloud-first, low-touch environments to support our growing infrastructure and SaaS services. Under general direction of the IT Manager, the system analyst will provide technical support, design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and perform system integration(s) to our organization. This role will be responsible for executing key projects to advance end user adoption and capabilities of services such as Samsara, Onbase, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Suite quickly troubleshooting and resolving user issues as needed. The ideal candidate will manage, automate, and secure enterprise IT systems and SaaS services, ensuring seamless operation and support across cloud and on-premise environments.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
* Provide expert-level support and technical expertise across Application/SaaS services including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, and network devices.
* Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level SaaS/Application services for enterprise supportability including OnBase, Samsara, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Azure.
* Build, manage, secure, and support multiple systems and the automation between IT platform(s) and critical business systems.
* Server/Device management Install, maintain, patch, and upgrade infrastructure/systems as needed.
* Act as the technical product owner when working with third-party vendors to ensure system functionality, supportability, SLA compliance, and system capability.
* Define and document best practices and support procedures for internal and SaaS systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues
