Provide strategic leadership for the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale DevOps and Infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational vision and business objectives. Set high-level project goals and scope, collaborating with executive leadership to define critical success factors, ensuring alignment across departments. Oversee the development of advanced project roadmaps, resource planning, and multi-year budget estimates to ensure optimal resource utilization and ROI. Lead project governance, steering committees, and executive-level decision-making to proactively manage risks and ensure timely, successful project delivery. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effectively resolving high-impact issues. Oversee and refine the Jira backlog management process at an enterprise level, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, resource constraints, and strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain a strategic framework for cross-departmental dependency management, ensuring synchronization between multiple teams, vendors, and key external stakeholders. Lead the development of multi-million-dollar budgets for DevOps and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring optimal financial management and adherence to corporate financial policies. Establish and oversee the use of advanced KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success and impact of major projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Deliver comprehensive, high-level project performance reports and dashboards to executive leadership, with a focus on business outcomes, risks, and ROI. Lead post-project reviews with a focus on organizational improvement, identifying best practices and driving continuous improvement across future initiatives. Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. This is a remote position and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States. Relocation may be required to or from a Customer site. Some experience in Cypress.io Typescript, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Financial Services domain, HP ALM, HP Load runner, JMeter and Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
