YOUR ROLE

  • As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently assembling raw materials and processing products according to high-quality standards using automatic/manual machines, hand tools and equipment

  • This position is responsible for creating batches following a recipe on batch tickets, tracking raw material inventory while maintaining a safe work environment

  • Must be hard working and self-motivated. Detail-oriented; proficiency for accuracy; dependable; positive attitude; team player

  • Proficiency in math, reading comprehension, and mechanical reasoning with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to stand, walk (up and down stairs), twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb for extended periods of time, and will require the ability to lift

YOUR SKILLS

  • H.S. Diploma or G.E.D

  • Manufacturing experience highly preferred

  • Must be trainable to safely operate production equipment, including high lift truck, lift 50 pounds, manipulate drums weighing up to 600 pounds with proper mechanical assists, and maintain daily records for work performed.

  • The employee frequently is required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls

The salary for this role is $19.00 - $20.75. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
