A little taste of your day-to-day:

● Supports the Section Chef by preparing, presenting, storing and serving a selection of dishes

● Taking ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste

● Being cleaner than clean to meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws

● Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers

● Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service

What We need from you:

● The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling

● Works rotating roster as business demands

● Compliance with food handling and serving alcohol – you’ll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in English

● Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to

Qualifications:

● Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

● Minimum 12 months’ experience in a commercial kitchen
