In this role, you will:
Lead EPM enterprise customer projects for Spain and collaborate with a high-performing account team, trusted partners, and an experienced Spanish pre-sales team.
Help customers model, plan, and make data-driven decisions across finance, HR, supply chain, and sales.
Drive business growth and expand the adoption of our EPM solutions.

What You Will Do:
Drive Digital Transformation : Help customers leverage Oracle's integrated cloud platform to drive meaningful change, growth, and efficiency in their businesses.
Customer-Centric Selling : Understand each customer’s unique needs, present tailored solutions, and build value-driven partnerships.
Create Business Impact : Develop and present compelling business value propositions, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in EPM solutions.
Collaborate and Strategise : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Product Development, and Marketing, to create and execute winning sales strategies.
Accelerate Growth : Drive revenue by exceeding targets, generating new leads, and nurturing pipeline growth through strategic campaigns and events.
Stay Ahead of Trends : Deepen your knowledge of industry dynamics and Oracle’s product portfolio to provide forward-thinking guidance to customers.
What You’ll Bring:
EPM Sales Expertise : minimum 5 years of experience selling EPM solutions or strong functional expertise, with strong consultative selling and closing skills in complex sales cycles.

Strategic Mindset and Adaptability : Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Language Proficiency : Fluent in English and Spanish with authorization to work in Spain.

Responsibilities
Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
