Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift - $70,000 to $80,000
Great client of ours in the Harrisburg region is looking to bring on a Production Supervisor. Production team members work 4 ten hour days per week (Monday thru Thursday), and the 2nd shift hours are from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

responsibilities:
Major responsibilities for this role:
Supervise up to 6 lead people and up to 50 employees within the Manufacturing Process Areas.
Responsible for training employees, planning, assigning / directing work
Reward / Discipline employees
Adjust goals / work flow based on the daily production goals
Practice good manufacturing practices
qualifications:
To be successful, candidates MUST have supervisory experience within a Manufacturing setting. Supervisory experience within a warehouse will not translate well. Our client is looking for at least 5 years of supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree is not required.
