Tanner Law Offices, LLC is seeking an Immigration Attorney for our Camp Hill, Pennsylvania office. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research on a variety of immigration related issues, preparing motions and pleadings to be filed with various immigration courts across the U.S., preparing complex immigration documents and applications, and represent clients before EOIR and USCIS. Qualified applicants must hold a J.D. or Master's Degree in Law (LLM) and be admitted to the bar of a state of the U.S. Starting salary will be $102,000 per year. The Immigration Attorney will work full time, forty hours per week.
