The Assistant Outlet Manager-F&B supports the Outlet Director in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, ensuring smooth daily functions, while maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction. Also, acting as a key support role to the manager in running the restaurants effectively.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the seamless operation of our Restaurant, as a pivotal role in the day-to-day management.
Lead the training and development initiatives for all team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvements.
Work hands-on with the F&B team to drive constant improvement and innovation in service and offerings.
Efficiently manage rosters and payroll costs to optimize operational efficiencies.
Strive for excellence in guest experience scores, ensuring that every visit exceeds expectations.
Implement effective ordering and stock control measures to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Ensure a high level of service excellence to enhance the overall guest experience.
Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, emphasizing the importance of outstanding guest service.
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:
Self-motivated with strong leadership, communication and administration skills.
A passion for F&B and pride in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably within a hotel setting.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service.
Familiarity with restaurant management software and hotel property management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest demands.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
