Job Summary To foster the development, curiosity and creativity of young Children in a warm, loving and play-based classroom with main roles: ? Utilize your Degree in Early Childhood Education and teaching experience to be proficient in classroom management and have a strong understanding of early childhood development. ? Be inclusive of students; curiosities, interests and developmental needs by collaborating with the director, other teachers and Staff members to create a harmonious, constructive and differentiated classroom environment. ? Cultivate a positive classroom environment that supports students? curiosity and development. ? Utilize strong communication skills in order to confidently engage with students, staff, and families through both written and communication. ? Develop and implement a curriculum that supports the growth and curiosity of students. ? Be a lifelong learner, continually strengthening your teaching skills and coming alongside students as a co- learner in classroom. Positions Details: Qualifications: ? EEC Lead teacher certification ? 12 total Early Childhood Education ECE Credits ? 3 college credits in Child Growth and Development ? Minimum 1 year experience in the field ?
