About the Job
As a member of the Global Immunology Franchise Strategy and Operations (S&O) team, the S&O Lead for Dermatology will orchestrate end to end global brand strategy development and executional excellence in close partnership with x-functional Global Dermatology Brand Team (GBT). He/she will act as strategic advisor to the Global Brand Lead / TA Head for Dermatology to drive global brand, business and resource allocation planning (C1/C2/SP). This role will define and implement Glocal governance & rhythm (G&R) including launch readiness reviews and launch performance reviews with major markets, in line with Franchise Glocal governance. Additionally, he/she will monitor and analyze key business performance KPIs and insights to identify business opportunities and challenges to maximize and sustain DUPIXENT growth in both short and long terms. In addition to TA aligned assignments, this role will lead some Franchise-level projects to ensure consistence across all 3 TAs within the Alliance Immunology Franchise, scale up best practices from Dermatology TA, or pilot innovative solutions based on new business trends and/or environmental changes.
This position will have high visibility within the Global Immunology Franchise and will interact with a wide range of stakeholders at both the Global and affiliate levels. Excellent matrix leadership to effectively lead without authority and influence decision-making in a large and complex matrix organization is critical to the success of this role. Similarly, ability to understand, simplify, and communicate complex organizational issues and develop fit-for-purpose solutions is also essential.

Main Responsibilities :
TA-level Global brand strategy and execution excellence (35%):
Lead the development, tracking, and quarterly review of Dermatology brand priorities and KPIs in line with Franchise priorities to identify focus areas for best practices sharing, agile problem solving, and dynamic resource allocation
Orchestrate annual global brand planning and subsequent HQ budget planning. In this role, he/she will act as strategic advisor to support and challenge GBL and global indication leads to ensure consistency and promote best practices sharing across all indications both in strategy setting and in resource allocation
Orchestrate annual financial cycle (C1/C2/SP) in partnership with GBL, Finance, Go To Market Capability (GTMC), and major markets to ensure appropriate resource allocation in line with brand strategy and ambition, maximize synergy, and avoid duplication with other indications and/or TAs.
Define and implement Glocal governance, WOW, and continuously improvement to ensure consistency and simplification within Dermatology and with other TAs within the full Franchise
Support Global Brand Lead to manage x-functional Global Brand Team (GBT) to streamline TA decision making and promote enterprise leadership
TA-level brand performance and launch excellence (45%)
Lead launch performance reviews (LPR) for in-line indications in top markets to track in-market performance KPIs, identify key business trends / tactics underpinning variances vs. forecasting, and recommend best practices across markets and/or mitigation strategy in partnership with GBL and global indication leads
Lead launch readiness reviews (LRR) for pre-launch indications in line with Sanofi LEx framework to drive launch excellence at both global and local levels
Lead regular tracking, synthesizing, and communication of business performance KPIs and insights (e.g., competitive landscape) to inform strategy making and for internal and external performance communication
Franchise-level assignment (20%)
- Lead one or more franchise level transformation projects to improve existing business processes (e.g., Glocal collaboration, business planning, key events) and/or pilot solutions for new business opportunities and challenges with a focus on organizational capability building
About You
Experience Qualifications :
Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience across pharma/biotech or healthcare in product/project management, consulting, and/or strategy
Must be able to relate well to all levels of the organization, demonstrate interpersonal awareness to effectively build and sustain strong partnership with trust and credibility and will have a demonstrated track record of effective influencing cross-functional global and local teams without formal authority to deliver aligned agreed timelines
Good intracompany network and solid understanding of local and regional markets
Brand marketing and/or sales experience preferred
Direct and/or indirect P&L management experience is a plus
People management experience is a plus

The salary range for this position is:
$202,500.00 - $292,500.00
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
