Additional Qualifications and Skills:

  • Passionate about creating data-driven marketing strategies to reach new consumers

  • Experienced in managing website and blog content, and leveraging social media (LinkedIn and Instagram specifically) to increase awareness of a product or service

  • Design expertise in Canva and/or Adobe InDesign

  • Website editing experience and exposure/familiarity with SEO work

  • Thrive as a member of a fast-paced, collaborative team Increasing email marketing click-through-rates excites you

  • Strong interpersonal skills; clear and effective communication in both a virtual and in-person environment

  • Present creative/thoughtful approaches to challenges

  • Flexible, positive attitude a plus

Additional Information:This is a 40 hours/week, overtime-eligible position.

This role is offered as a hybrid (some combination of onsite and remote) where you are required to be onsite at our Boston, MA based campus 3 days per week. Specific days and schedule will be determined between you and your manager.

  • Implement content updates for the HBS Alumni Careers website – aimed at supporting alumni in their lifelong career paths; the CPD student website – aimed at supporting students in realizing their unique career visions; and the HBS Recruiting website – targeted at organizations and recruiters interested in hiring HBS students and alumni.

  • Execute CPD’s social media strategy in collaboration with CPD’s Managers, Digital Engagement. Current platforms include Instagram and LinkedIn.

  • Support content development and implementation for CPD’s internal student-facing blog, and the external recruiting- and alumni-facing Insights & Advice and Alumni Careers blogs.

  • Assist the CPD Managers, Digital Engagement with setting the content strategy and plan, development, and scheduling of CPD’s email marketing campaigns across all audiences.

  • Work with CPD’s Career Education and Coaching, CPD’s Employer Relations teams in support of marketing and communications to students, alumni and recruiting organizations.

  • Support the Managers, Digital Engagement in creating content for all marketing channels including social media, blog, web, video and email marketing.

    Design:

  • Leverage Canva and/or Adobe InDesign to create graphics for social media efforts, paid advertising campaigns, digital signage, and printed collateral.

  • Partner with central Marketing & Communication to design new email templates to use in communications to students, alumni and recruiters.

Marketing Analytics:

  • Responsible for pulling and examining recruiting, student, and alumni careers website and social media analytics, and email and lead generation data to determine target audience engagement and impact.

  • Will utilize data to inform CPD marketing & communications strategy.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist with CPD projects including office-wide recruiting initiatives, student presentations and programs, and conferences.

  • This role is responsible for other duties as assigned
