We have a fantastic new opportunity for a UPS Engineer- UK South to join our Field Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service for Eaton installed base products to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for commissioning, preventive maintenance and product repairs.
What you'll do:
Fault diagnoses on UPS systems
Understand on-line and line-interactive UPS systems
Carry out preventative maintenance on existing install base
Carry out commissioning and repair on all types of UPS systems
Setup and configure remote monitoring software
Communicate with key stakeholders on a technical level
Apply anti-static policies and procedures
Apply ECN process to all repairs
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the UPS related services
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex engineering challenges
Full UK Driver's license and flexibility to travel as expected
