Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance related to equipment, including inspecting, operating, or testing machinery or equipment to diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions. Machinery/components include 3 phase motors, gear boxes, motor control circuits, VFDs, sensors, switches, conveyors, and packaging equipment. Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or performing other preventive maintenance tasks. Utilize prints, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and/or parts catalogs as necessary. Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices. Maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, including control field devices, contactors, starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, photo eyes, VFDs, HMIs, interlock safety devices, etc. Review and complete work orders timely, conducting necessary maintenance or repairs as needed. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures at all times and ensure all Maintenance Personnel are following LOTO procedures at all times.

Work Environment
Shifts: 1st shift (6:00am - 2:30pm), 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm), 3rd shift (10:00pm - 6:30am). Example schedules include rotating weeks with varying days on and off. Work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for advanced training and career growth.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
