Facilities Maintenance Technician (6pm - 2:30am)
Job Description
Complete assigned maintenance work orders for all structural, electrical, and plumbing maintenance or repairs needed.
Use various hand tools and other equipment to change air filters, assess water leaks, clear floor drains, and address other similar issues.
Perform different functions around the facility installing energy-efficient LEDs or split-systems for heating or cooling.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary.
Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures at all times and ensure all Maintenance Personnel are following Lockout/Tagout procedures at all times.
Inspect, operate or test machinery or equipment to diagnose mechanical functions.
Repair machines, equipment or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
Work on plumbing system (toilets, urinals) as necessary; replace pipes as necessary.
Meet with Facilities Management Team and Plant Management to coordinate larger maintenance jobs to be completed during two-day shutdowns of the plants.
Support all safety, food quality and sanitation initiatives and policies.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Universal EPA
Ammonia refrigeration experience is preferred.
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with strong experience in the technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance
Pay: $28 - $35
Shift: Night Shift - 6:00pm - 2:30am
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
