Aerotek Warehouse Associate in Camarillo, California
Warehouse Associate
2nd shift - $20/hr
Camarillo, CA
Description:
Operating both stand up and sit down forklifts to transport freight throughout warehouse.
Loading/unloading packages from trucks ranging 10-40lbs.
Sorting and storing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials other stock items.
Gather customer order from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to the shipping department and may load material onto a truck.
Comply worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
Convey material and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas and marks materials with identifying information.
Open bales, crates or other containers if needed.
Maintain inventory records and record the amount of materials or items received or distributed.
May use computer to enter records and prepare parcels for mailing

Work Environment and Shift timings
2nd shift - 2:00PM - 10:30PM Monday to Friday (some overtime may come in depending on shipments)
Must Have Steel Toe Boots
Modern/clean/large warehouse.
Will spend 75% on standup forklifts, 25% on sit down.
