Monday - Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm, overtime as needed
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to work in both the shop and in the Yard.
Knowledge of commercial trucks or related equipment a plus.
Summary:
The Yard Attendant’s primary objective is to assist the shop on making sure CTOS equipment is rental ready, assist with loading and unloading equipment. The position also consists of maintaining the appearance of the branch, assisting mechanics, or other personnel with various labor-based tasks, and completing other daily assignments that support the branch operations.
Job Duties:
Always Maintain a safe work environment; obey safety rules; and wear required safety PPE
Detailing inside and outside of trucks (wash bay)
Operate a variety of light and heavy-duty trucks on premises
Assist technicians with repair work where additional hands are required.
May require occasional travel with field technicians to assist on field repairs
Check in / Check out of rental, sale, used equipment
Various labor tasks related to maintenance of the building, yard, shop, warehouses, or equipment
Routine will include sweeping, emptying trash, and other similar tasks
Perform any other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Parts and service or related experience required.
Proficiency in common computer software (MS Office Suite) and inventory software.
