Insight Global Senior Financial Analyst in Calgary, Alberta
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join one of Canadas largest commercial fuel and retail organizations for a full time position. This will be a hybrid role with the expectation to be in office 3 days a week downtown Calgary. A successful candidate will have extensive experience building financial statements independently, exposure to joint ventures and project accounting experience.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years experience in roles related to financial and management accounting.
Senior level experience with Excel.
Exposure to JD Edwards (or other ERP systems) and PowerBI.
Understanding of financial systems, processes, internal controls and GAAP (IFRS).
Experience building financial statements independently.
-Experience with external reporting.
Professional Accounting Designation and/or Post-Secondary Business or Finance Degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in renewable energy space or EV space
Oil and Gas experience
Leadership/management experience
-Project Accounting experience
