Job Title: Property Analyst - Intermediate

Location: Calgary, AB

Our client is seeking a Property Analyst - Intermediate to join their team. As a Property Analyst, you will be part of the accounting team supporting various operational units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in production accounting, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Description:

  • Perform full cycle production accounting, ensuring accurate reporting of production, revenue, and royalties.

  • Analyze production data and reconcile items to the general ledger.

  • Review and implement changes due to regulatory updates and audits.

  • Participate in property audits and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist operational teams with accounting and reporting tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in full cycle production accounting.

  • Solid experience with Alberta and Saskatchewan conventional heavy oil properties.

  • Strong knowledge of allocations, measurement, and audit processes.

  • Proficiency in Production Accounting Systems (Metrix), Petrinex, and ERP Systems (SAP).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
