The Amazon Student Programs Team is looking for students to join Amazon as Business Analyst Intern. As a business analyst intern you will be trained in one of our business intelligence, retail, or seller services teams. The internship provides an opportunity to learn and understand Amazon business processes, enhance analytical skills, and contribute to make significant business impact.

As an intern, you will be matched to a manager and a mentor. In addition to learning about an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship. No matter the location of your internship, we give you the tools to own your project and learn in a real-world setting.

Amazon adopts a hybrid work model and all employees, including interns, are required to work from the office 3x per week. Amazon headquarter is based in São Paulo – SP.

Key job responsibilities

• Learning how to improve success within a business function by analyzing data, discovering and solving real world problems, and building metrics and business cases to improve customer experience.

• Learning from operational, finance, retail and technical teams across the organization to identify opportunities, supporting the development of sound business cases and driving measurements of actions to continuously improve on the inputs and ultimately the outputs of the business

• Learning how to work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business

• Learning how to work with business intelligence tools, access and working with big data from multiple sources, and partner with the business to identify strategic opportunities.

• Aprender a trabalhar com grandes volumes e big data, em um negócio altamente complexo

• Aprender a trabalhar com ferramentas de inteligência de negócios, acessar e trabalhar com big data de várias fontes e fazer parceria com áreas da empresa para identificar oportunidades estratégicas.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Cajamar, SP, BRA

Basic Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business or a similar field with a graduation conferral date between December 2025 and December 2027

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlook up, charts)

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Intermediate ability to read, write, and speak in English

• Available to complete a 12-month internship

• Available to work 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday, totaling 30 hours a week, within business hours

• Availability to internship at our Fulfillment Center in Cajamar - SP

• Atualmente matriculado em um bacharelado em matemática, engenharia, estatística, ciência da computação, administração ou áreas similares com data de conclusão de graduação entre Dezembro de 2025 e Dezembro de 20267

• Conhecimento de Microsoft Office Excel (tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV, gráficos)

• Conhecimento básico de SQL

• Conhecimento intermediário para leitura e escrita em inglês

• Disponibilidade para estagiar por 12 meses

• Disponibilidade para trabalhar 6hrs por dia de segunda a sexta-feira, totalizando 30hrs semanais, dentro do horário comercial

• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar em Cajamar - SP

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent English and Portuguese

• Advanced knowledge and/or experience using SQL
