Your role at Clorox:

Supervise, coordinate and manage the activities of reception, storage, replacement and distribution of materials, both for the operation.

Ensure the precision of shipment of finished product, both in quantity and time, of the finished product to customers and RDC; ensuring compliance with Clorox safety, quality and internal controls policies and guidelines.

Manage personnel, equipment and budget resources to maintain an effective and efficient operation, defining space optimization strategies within warehouses to improve and make the operation more flexible (times and movements) and defining action plans to ensure that the indicators of the area are within the established objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise and coordinate the processes of: reception, control, storage and supply of raw materials, in compliance with Clorox safety, quality and internal controls policies and guidelines.

  • Supervise and coordinate the processes of: reception, control, storage, supply of finished product, transfer to RDC and direct dispatch clients from PDC that are in compliance with Clorox safety, quality and internal controls policies and guidelines. This responsibility includes coordination in the planning of shipments (interplants and direct dispatch to customers).Responsible for purchasing CHEP and white pallets.

  • Manage and distribute the tasks of the personnel in the materials and warehouse area to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness, establishing specific work plans depending on the role and carrying out quarterly performance evaluations that allow recognizing strengths and providing feedback on areas of opportunity.

  • Manage warehouse occupancy and trigger actions to guarantee the flow of inventories according to FIFO as well as the optimization of the use of storage space.

What we look for:

  • 3 or more years in Warehouse Management, Operations and Supervisory experience

  • BA Management Degree

  • Customer Service Oriented

  • Decision Making Skills

  • Master Planning Skills

  • Problem-Solving Skills

  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Computer Skills: PC Literate; Excel (Advance), Word (Basic), Power Point, SAP

  • Highly Autonomous; have strong analysis mind set, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Physical and mental requirements:

  • Occasionally: Lifting load of 10 to 20 pounds

  • Teamwork & minimum supervision
