Pay Rate: * *$20.43 per hour; commensurate
Shift: Rotating 12 hour schedule (7a-7p & 7p-7a, both required)
$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

JSP is seeking additional team members to support company growth related to the production of automotive, HVAC, packaging, sports and a variety of consumer goods markets. Our Butler, Pennsylvania location is in need of Molding Maintenance Tech II to perform maintenance duties in a manufacturing environment to include all aspects of plant equipment and repairs. This is a hands on position. Interested candidates must have experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting and have advanced problem solving skills.
*JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: *
- Perform tool changes in accordance with the production schedule
- Preventive maintenance, monitoring and maintaining the condition of all associate equipment
- Performing repairs on all equipment
- Fork truck, scissor lift, articulating boom lift operation required -- will train & certify on-site
- Complete documentation under ISO/IAFT guidelines
- Perform general plant maintenance
- Train Maintenance Backups in the production department
Safety in a manufacturing or plant setting
REQUIREMENTS:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
- Must be able to operate a forklift truck, which requires the use of arms and legs, they ability to get onto truck and depth perception to stack and/or move crates or other material.
- Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear.
- Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to wear/tolerate all PPE equipment; safety shoes, ear plugs and safety glasses.
- Must be able to come to work as scheduled on a regular basis and be able to work scheduled shifts as necessary, including overtime, mandatory and otherwise.
- Performs responsibilities in compliance with ISO-14001 policies, quality standards and procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for employment
